At the end of three years, at least 85% of district staff will have participated in 45 hours of high-quality professional development that includes technology skills and the integration of technology into instruction.

Technology PD plans include 15 hours per year... 5 days of 3 hours, Virtual PD opportunities, summer workshop days, graduate level courses.


Continue embedded Tech PD within the school day to maximize the number of participants.

Continue to fund conference for teachers to attend Instructional Technology Conferences.

Continue to provide training on all new hardware/software.
Have product vendor provide initial PD.

Continue to include Technology PD within PD days, provide Virtual PD opportunities, summer workshops and graduate level courses. When possible plan for one full and one half day of curriculum tech training.

Allocate funding sources for teachers to attend technology conferences.

Continue to negotiate for PD as part of all software and hardware purchases.
